    need help identifying a font

    I'm converting a logo from raster to vector (the owner lost his ai copy and also lost contact with the designer who made the logo) and I'm trying to identify the font used for the white text in the green circle as well as the WEDT text itself and the text outside of the green area. Anyone have any idea what font this is:

    The WEDT looks like Serpentine Italic... not sure about the other font
