    Need a suggestion Data Recovery in sql

    can anyone tell me how to do data Recovery in sql .. your suggestion are deeply appreciated .

    SQL is a language, and as such, won't be of any use to you

    which DBMS are you using? and what do you mean by "data recovery"?

    i am using 9i and 10g , if i have loss the table or data.. then how to recover
