Should a firm go in for Facebook Page or Facebook Individual Profile??

Facebook page would be the best choice. With a profile page you can only have 5,000 friends, and in addition some of your fans would prefer to like a page as their personal information (which only friends can see) would not be visible to the page owner. You can also gear advertising towards this page, so for me it's not a choice, it's a standard.

Facebook profiles are for people and Fan Pages are for businesses. Profiles are intended for people, not businesses.

Your Facebook Fan Page can be a part of your Search Engine Optimization strategy. It’s because Fan pages are indexed by search engines. Profiles are not(profiles get indexed but not posts). Fan Pages can have an unlimited number of fans. Profiles can only have 5,000 friend.

Create a page in your Facebook account...add more friends and get more likes..It's one of the efficient method in seo likewise you can create an account in linkedin and start promoting your business...

It's against the terms of use to create a personal page for a business. You'll get caught eventually and risk losing all your "friends", so it's not really worth any advantages it might bring.

It is a rule of thumb - fan page for business and profile page for person. Facebook made it easy to understand. You have a lot more options for your business with the fan-page.

Facebook Page is a best option... As you can increase the number of audience/./... In Facebook Profile it is limited to 5000 only....
