    Code:
    <table width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0">
    			<tbody><tr>
    				<td width="12">District:</td>
    				<td width="12">Hambantota</td>
    				<td width="12">Division:</td>
    				<td width="12">Hambantota</td>
    				<td width="12">Zone:</td>
    				<td width="12">
    				</td><td width="12">Wasam:</td>
    				<td width="12">
    			</td></tr>
    Increase the width in these tables because you have assinged 100% space and that need to larger than as it described here.
