Change all your passwords to very strong passwords. Delete all files and restore from a known uncorrupted backup. Run a virus/malware scan on your site to ensure there is nothing malicious left behind.

There are various other threads in this forum about cleaning up after a site has been hacked, and also about securing your site to prevent another attack. I suggest you also have a read at some of these.
