There are faster ways to upload photos?

Hello! I really wanted a website ads cars and for some time I took the plunge and run the project. I have some questions and if someone knows please help me with some information. In the future, as the site will be developed, of course there will be increasingly more default notices and more photos even hundreds of thousands of photos. The question is:
Is there any way for the photos to be loaded from elsewhere and not from the site?!

this line of code is from another site and where loading image that!!!

I ask it because I looked in page source other websites and I noticed this method. I want my site to load faster and so now I'm thinking of a solution. I do not say that one site but someone who is really good at it, which very well mastered operating systems but is the first time an advertising site dedicated to selling cars.

If you wish, you can use separate hosting for your images, videos etc. Some hosting companies offer a CDN. meaning a content delivery network. These hosting accounts are optimized to serve content quickly. So if your images are stored there and embedded on your site, they may well load faster. Two CDNs I've used include AmazonWS and Rackspace.

Be aware that things like this are nonsense:

I'm not familiar with CDN's but I do know Ralph.m and you can rely on his advice. Another caution from me. There are a lot of photo sharing networks out there. If someone should suggest one to you be sure to read their terms of use. Many of them do NOT allow photos to be uploaded when meant to be used for commercial sites.

I want to be a commercial site only in the early years will be free then maybe you will be charged a fee to post an ads. Basically making sure the future will sell advertising space, advertising on side site in any case and other profile sites. It's a lot of work and I know that. Everything will be transparent company founded specifically for this site. So clearly it interests me to go perfectly, move well and be easy to use.
