Page Speed: Any tool to check on-page factors effecting load speed?

Can you suggest a tool to analyze an existing page and list how long it takes to load the various pieces?

I am hoping for something that tells how long to load the head section, the various sections of HTML, individual images, any Javascript, etc....

You can go a long way with your browser. For example, in Chrome, go to the page you want to test, open the developer console, click the Network tab, then reload the page. You see how long it takes for each resource to load, and in what order they load—all in nice, fancy colors, too.
