I would say the orange one. In my experience, the brighter colors seem to attract a lot more attention than just subdued colors that would blend into a white page. For instance, I had, for the longest time, a video on a top youtube search. As far as videos go, other content that I had posted was just as good as the one that ended up in the top search for its term. The only difference was that the thumbnail was mostly red. I think orange would have a similar effect.

First 2 are really good. But I like the middle one.

I like the dark gray, green and white combination, looks very professional. You could also take the bottom 3 colors, orange, green, white and dark gray and play with combinations. But for a brand i definetly recommend logo 3. But in the end it's your choice. Good luck!

I like the first one best. Choose colors that will make the hand clearly obvious as to what it is doing. I wish I could design logos. I just don't get the ideas.

Middle one is my favorite

Green color is relaxing IMHO.
Also, even though here is no hand that holds the bulletin, it still gives the same amount of information.

I think majority goes with 1st logo. Even I would prefer the 1st logo - hand placing a vote into the ballotbox.
