Configuration and installation of PHP on IIS7

I'm just not able to run my php site under IIS7. Well, I am a first timer with PHP.

I'm using "php manager" to configure the php settings.
    Step done until now.

    -Downloaded and unzipped php files.
-Using PHP Manger mapped and created Handlers.

But when I run checkphp info() I hit roadblock, it throws an error.
I have already give FC to the root folder, but it still throws this error.

"Compiler Error Message: CS0016: Could not write to output file 'c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\26676eb7\92c7e946\App_Browsers.2nohycmn.dll' -- 'Access is denied. '

    Source Error:

    [No relevant source lines]

    Source File: Line: 0

Not sure if this is an error with IIS or php is not configured correctly....any help in this regards is appreciated.
I can share my Teamviewer ID just incase somebody wants to take a dig into it.

Sounds like PHP has not been installed correctly. If you use the executable that's available here it should do all the work for you.
Detect file changes remotely. SimpleSiteAudit is an early
warning anti-hacker system which sends an alert on detection.

PHP Find Orphan Files - Finds all the unreferenced files on your site.
