Windows 8 Code Editor

Looking for a good code editor (HTML/CSS) for Windows 8 that is anywhere similar to Coda 2 for Mac. I will need it to have built in FTP for real time editing, but I would also like it to be something that isn't Dreamweaver or Notepad++

Any suggestions?

I would say that Sublime Text 2 is the closest to Coda 2, and is in its own right a very good code editor too.
