Difficulty in jpeg file

Can anybody tell me how to do a jpeg flyer? I am editing on previous jpeg flyer on microsoft publisher and desire to include pictures, bells, and whistles in the jpeg with the help of adobe photoshop. I am a greenhorn in all of this.

Are you going to print the flyer? Or is it just for screen display?

go to Paint application on your computer, then design your flyer, SAVE and save type as JPEG. then finally save it and you already had an Jpeg Flyer.

What version of Photoshop are you using? On Photoshop CS5 you just have to drag the picture to photoshop then resize it. I post a video tutorial for you if this is what you mean.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6K3ArvgfIz8
