Asking Sitepoint family for suggestions on "free" sites which allow webmasters to make several forms and use their server to process them.

Response-O-Matic will allow a webmaster to do this but I have reservations on using the service.

I like Response-O-Matic but since it is now run by another service the advertisement on the thank you page is so large it overwhelms the page. A user might not even realize they can see what they wrote on the form because the advertisement takes up the entire screen. The user would have to know they needed to scroll down the page to see what he/she submitted.

Prior to this time, Response-O-Matic use to have a banner size advertisement at the top of the page. A visitor would see more of the "thank you" page so they could review what they submitted.

I had planned to use Response-O-Matic but given how the "Thank you" page has been redesigned, I really do not want to now.

    All suggestions will be appreciated.

I know of http://www.freedback.com that has forms you can use. Not sure of the advertising (if any) they put on your site, but they seem to get good recommendations.

Yeah, freedback.com is the best one that I heard of...

You could check in SitePoint's directory section for more though

Another free remote hosted form maker can be found at http://server.com, one that I have used often. They also have calendars, discussion, guestbooks and email lists...

"BYOApp lets you build any kind of form you need and have the results stored or emailed to you"

Can be customized and there is only a small top banner on the page after you click the submit key...no advertisements on the form itself!

I've used server.com for guestbooks, message boards, and still use them for my mailing lists. Never had a problem, and in most cases you can pay a fee to have the banners removed. I'd highly recommend them.

Much better than Freedback with it's ads. FormMail is free and fairly simple.
