Joomla CSS HELP DESPERATELY NEEDED

I have hired 5 people so far, all have failed in fixing this.

I need help and I need it fast.

I have a Joomla website where the CSS is fine. However on some of the pages such as the homepage, it looks as if the css is messed up.

I would think the pages added internally are the problem however its happening on pages that use to work perfectly fine and in this template.

I can share links privately but I need to get this figured out asap.

After going through 10s of thousands lines of css code I have found the problem. That was exhausting.
