    Hi!

I have a website using Cold Fusion, and I can't seem to get the correct number of page views from any of the log analyzers I use. I use Analog through my host, but I don't think the result is clear enough.

So I have tried several other log analyzers, but none of them seem to count pages views correctly. From analog:

OpenWebScope is great - http://www.openwebscope.com/ It's a free windows-based logfile analyzer. It exports great reports too.

Could it be that one site is reporting 'hits' and the other is reporting unique visitors?

Yes, that could be. Maybe one words things a bit strangely. It could be that one of them is reporting Uniques and the other is reporting pageviews.

Remember that a HIT and a PAGEVIEW are two different things entirely.

Also, the best analyzer on the market is Webtrends Enterprise Suite, but you will pay dearly for it.

    Hope this helps..
