MySql - Installing

I read Kevins article on php and MySQL and downloaded MySQL from their website. However when i try and extract the .zip file i get the following error on the data1.cab

bad CRC ad4e4a2c (should be 67f4d12e)

I have downloaded three different versions and get a similar error message on each. I was wondering if anyone else had this error and if so did they find a way around it?

I just downloaded mysql-3.23.24-beta-win.zip from the MySQL Canadian mirror and was able to unzip it without a problem. Maybe try fetching the file from a mirror?

I had the exact same problem a few months ago, after trying at least 10 mirrors it finally went through.

Keep on trying the mirrors.
