    It depends, usually one, but the main problem is, if he's already viewed the lightbulb, it will go out until someone else adds something to it.

    Usually that is a hardware problem and since Webmasters deal with software, it falls upon the Hardware support group to change the lightbulb.

    There are a few hardware junkies out there who think they are so good...then they end up cutting themselves on a broken bulb and have to ask the next door neighbor...

    well, it depends on if the lightbulb has been cached or not, you see, if it has been cached, no one will know it went out until someone clears their temp internet files, sooo, it could take many to notice that it is actually out, and then it will just take the one webmaster with the password to actually change it.
