    netscape 4 creates padding between borders

    Hello,
    I new to css and I have a problem that i need solved:

    i used borders on a table cell, it looks fine in IE but netscape 4 puts a padding between the border and the content.

    Is there anyway to get around this.

    <td>
    <div class="tblcell"><img src="images/ivv.jpg" width="130" height="85">
    </div>
    </td>

    STYLE:
    .tblcell {
    border-width: 1px;
    border-style: solid;
    border-color: #D4E3F2;
    }
    I tried adding padding: 0px; to the style but it did not work.

    Why don't you just border the IMAGE instead?
