Here is my basic website design:

Within content there are 3 main partitions. (logo, slogan, sites) And my Sites Partition requires 3 sub partitions (site1, site2, site3)
My current problem is that I don't know how to put sites next to the Slogan Partition.

Here is my slogan partition code:

Not sure the code required for me to place the Sites Partition next to the Slogan Partition.
