Google Maps won't show on IE?

Hello all,
My client says he can't see the Google Maps I embedded on his version of IE. However, I see it on mine.
Does anyone have a reason why this is?

The obvious first question is, what version of IE does he have? And you?

I can see it on IE7, 8 and 9.

However, the map pin is bang in the centre which causes the address/info panel to appear 'off screen' cut off by the iframe - maybe it's this he's referring to?
