Show messages from database?

Hi, all i am new here and to new to php can you guyz please help me. i have a table in mysql database which contains id(of user who send the message),message,id(to whom the message is sent)....what i want is that i want to show all messages to user in a proper message view and if messages are alot then pages should be created to view all that messages.......Please guyz Help me with this type code i am not able to make it please help........Please!!
