Should I disallow root login remotely on a VPS host?

Hi,
It set up a website on a VPS hosting for the first time and encountered this question:

Disallow root login remotely? [Y/n]

What should I answer?

What is root login remotely? Should I still use MySQL if I chose n?

I don't event know where is my hosting location.

I suggest you to disable it if you are not sure. It will make you sites more secure
