    On some sites the images on the page look very clear and not blurred in with the other colors or the background.

    Is there a different program they're using? Would DreamWeaver keep the blurring from happening?

    No, DreamWeaver is an HTML/WYSIWYG Editor...nothing to do with graphic clarity there really.

    Those graphics are likely given more attention. Perhaps they're just a larger file...I believe most higher-end graphics programs allow you to choose how high you'd like your image quality to be...with the higher-quality images taking up more web space.

    Most of the time it's just attention to detail, or something like that. It's not as if one program creates fuzzy graphics and another does not...
