Banner Exchage Scripts

I am on the look out for banner exchange scripts/code with seperate user logins and other typical banner exchange functionaliy.(with admin control panel etc..)

Can anybody help me find a good one ?

Can you run PHP pages on your host? If so the best script to use would be PHPAds (http://www.phpwizard.net/projects/phpAds/)

Otherwise, go to http://www.hotscripts.com or http://www.cgi-resourceindex.com and try doing a search.
