Mailing List Manager with NT?

Does anyone know where i can find a complete Mailing List software for Win NT that is able to manage different "user profiles" (example: age, location, ecc.).

http://www.lyris.com have a mailing list server for Windows and Unix.

you can install php, then get mailing list managers for that.
