How to find install plugins in WordPress?

Hi Expert,
I have created a web site using WordPress. I am facing a problem with install plugins. I cannot find the plugins in my website.

Can any expert tell me what I will do now to get plugins button in my dashboard in WordPress?

If you go to the WP admin panel, in the menu to the left there is a "Plugins" option.
