Hi everyone,I'm newbie here and just started this forum.Here I want to ask one question which roll in my mind.How many of you do yoga , meditation , exercise regularly for losing weight? Which is your preferred method for burning fats of body?Please share your useful suggestion here.This may be useful for many of us.
