i am planning to get vanilla forum.. i have 2 questions

1) how to add with my existing database ( i saw a ready made plugin by name jconnect) if i install that..do i need 2 sign up pages or just one


if a user login in the website ..when they click forum it automatically login or do the user need to login again in forum section..
