Separate a menu item from the pack?

Hi all,

Building a test site: http://joomlatest.chrisbartlett.net/

With the help of some folks here, I've put together the top menu as desired. What I'd like to do, if possible, is to move the final menu item ("Register Online") all the way to the right side, essentially separating it from the group of top-level items. Can someone give me a hand? I've tried a few things, but my CSS knowledge is mediocre at best and I've come up short. The attached JPG is a mock up of what I'm trying to achieve.
