I have shared server. I'm trying to enable caching. Hostgator says they don't offer it. Any other way to do this? Possibly with php or other? With all the talk on the web about this there has to be some way?

EW,
There are some (currently 173) excellent cacheing scripts at phpclasses.org which will create cached files on your server for you. Give them a try as I'm sure you'll find one you like.
Hint: phpclasses.org is an outstanding website.
