CPM for a slightly risque site?

I'm looking for a new ad network for my default campaigns through Burst. I'm currently using Clear Blue Media, but the amount of CTC ads has been a bit extreme. I get around 100,000 pageviews a month. The problem? My site deals with internet dating, and has somewhat risque content. All the "bad words" have been censored, and Burst doesn't have a problem with it, but some, such as everyone.net and websponsors, have rejected my application.

Anyone know of any reliable CPM networks who don't mind a little racy, but not pornographic, content? Is there anything inbetween Barney Goes To School and Debbie Does Dallas?
