Post Design firms with responsive sites

    Hi folks,

I've just been going through the motions planning out the content structure of my portfolio site, and I'm going to be taking the 'mobile first' approach to designing it as it appears to be the path of least resistance (much easier than going the other way).

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any sites of a similar nature (designer/agency sites) which have responsive (or some other mobile implementation) layouts so that I could see how others have gone about fixing the problem of reducing the nav items without making them either A) unusable or B) illegible.

    Thanks in advance

    Cheers,
    Robert

I quite like how 320-and-up have done their nav.

Smashing magazine and CSS tricks have responsive layouts (although there are the odd glitch in there). There are a number of showcase sites around although I can't vouch for their pedigree.
