    Smile photoshop and flash ??

Can I make an image in photoshop and then put it into my flash movie? If I cant, then what if for example I had a logo that I used for everything, and I needed to use it in my flash movie, what could I do?

You can import many bitmap formats in to Flash, including JPGs. RTM!!

That said, if possible you will get far superior results if you redraw the logo in Flash or import it as vector information, such as an Illustrator file or an EPS.

Macromedia Flash certainly does allow you to import BMP's and JPG's etc. But it will recommend you to use macromedia's alternative for Photoshop , i think Freehand or Fireworks etc.

The only advantage to using Fireworks instead of Photoshop in this instance is that it'll preserve alphas and things in graphics you've created if the information is saved in the MM PNG format. If you're importing, say, a family photo though it'll make NO difference whatsoever!

(Fireworks makes a better job of vector than Photoshop though.)
