Hi, I want to go into domain name selling business, I'm new to this business so I am seeking advice where to begin it. I don't have enough budget but I can afford around $300 as well.
Start as a reseller and have your own website. search for domain service providers like enom, resellerclub signup with them as reseller. I think they have some turnkey reseller websites that you could easily use it to setup website.
