Unhappy One page doesn't fit properly

I have tried to design our website so that it adjusts to fill the screen neatly in both 1024 x 768 AND 800 x 600.
Most pages in the site are looking fine but this one is just refusing to do what I want it to do http://librarytest.inspire.net.nz/re...services.html. Even at 1024 x 768 it wants to take up more than 100% and I end up with a horizontal scroll bar.
Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong please?

    Thanks,

    Joanne

    Joanne,

checking your HTML, you have a couple of errors that you might want to fix. That might take care of your problem.

    See:
    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht..._services.html

    Greetings.

Thanks EricBrian, but all this validator does is tell me that I don't have a doctype command - nothing useful that tells me what errors there are on the page.

    Joanne,

it does. Just specify a doctype in the dropdown menu and then revalidate. It will show you the errors.

    Or, use this link:
    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...1+Transitional

    Fixed, thanks.

I've fixed the website and think it's now displaying well in both 800x600 and 1024x768.
Thanks to everyone who made comments/suggestions.
