Does anyone know of any script that can be implemented in a form that would spell check a certain field? I remember once LONG ago, I ran across a website that had a service for this. Does anyone here know of a script?

I think http://www.ezboard.com uses a spell checker feature that is hosted on another site. Go to an EzBoard and when you try to post, there is a link next to the "submit" button that says "spell check" I belive. In that window, I think there is a link to the spell checking site/service.

Hi,
I think the site you were thinking of is http://www.spellchecker.net as they offer a similar thing to what you are talking about.

I believe that's it.Originally posted by Fletch

If you can use ASP or PHP on an NT server with Office Installed you can use Microsoft's Proofing components to do spell checking and/or grammar checking. Plus there are other COM objects available to provide this functionality. Unfortunately these features do not work on Unix machine but I am sure there are similar products for Unix Platforms.
Thanks for the info, I really appreciate the help.
