Hy, I want to learn convert psd to wordpress. I am totally newbie just know html/css. I have no php knowledge. Please guide me or give me link to learn.

The first thing you need to research is how Wordpress templates work, as they are divided up into a number of files. Do some reading on that, and have a look at articles that describe how to create a WordPress theme.
