As a general start point I would say that your site doesn't exist. Clicking the link just came up with an error about rails. From a basic standpoint provide more info on your site... are you using a template for a start?

Please remember that all review requests, including SEO reviews, should be made through the Reviews & Critiques forum, in accordance with its guidelines.

You can request general advice and information in this forum, but not a review of a specific site.

Have you looked at the Webmaster Guidelines to establish where your problem lies?

    You say
I have recently bought this site and start building content..
Does that mean there was content on the site before you bought it? If you think that the problem may be because of what was previously done with the site, and you're confident that your site is within Google's guidelines, then you can contact Google. Explain that you have bought the site and changed the content, and ask them to reconsider it.
