Get access to banned sites

As most of the people here must be aware that youtube has been blocked in Pakistan. I want to access the site. I tried using proxy bypass but it either doesn't work or video won't load. How to get it work? It's like incomplete without youtube.

I didn't know that youtube is blocked in Pakistan. But if it is, then I don't think it's a good idea asking how to breach such a block on a public forum?
