I want to develop web-GIS using python as scripting language in Arc GIS..... please suggest me how shall I begin and what software need to be installed....
Does Arc allow you to do this? If I understand it correctly Arc provides a platform to script around the desktop tool, rather than using it as an API. Your question may be better suited to the creators of ArcGIS.
