What CMS is easiest for large website of 100+ user pages?

I won't use Wordpress. Is there any CMS (for visitor comments & visitor profile pages) that isn't forever linked to a software company? I don't want a company to have access to my site which will be restricted access. Thanks.

I'd use Drupal. The term easiest is open to interpretation. For me it would be easiest but I know it quite well. More importantly is that it would give me room to grow. Also, it has a rich user system so you can customize the heck out of the user profile part. I regularly use it for user profile pages of well over 100 user pages.

I would recommend Joomla & Drupal . You can customize them as per your requirements.
