If you want to develop any kind of website, you're going to need to learn CSS. The best editor in the world won't write it for you. It's true that Intellisense will help you out, but that just reduces the amount of typing. It won't write the code for you.
i never read any css book, i just go and see live example, use firefox debugger or firefox inbuilt live css editor, and play around with css.. picking tiny parts of codes and css help me learn a lot in bits.. i just pick a main div and start working on it.. this is fastest and practical way to learn. unless you need for 100% new theme development, but for r50% of css edit or new addon to wesbite my way works
