simplyScroll v2

I have used this plugin and is good but i just have one feature i would like to add to it.

At the moment you the user hovers over the arrows and the images scroll in and stop on mouse out.

My images are all 1111px x 151px, so is it possible that when a user clicks (not hover) on the arrow the 1st image slides in, and on the next click the next image slides into view?

I think that SimplyScroll API doesn't have that type of option - you can of course custom taylor it to your needs, but it will be time consuming process.
As an alternative, why don't you use FlexSlider? Check it our at http://www.woothemes.com/flexslider/, main page slider does exactly what you are looking for!
