Its a good place to build up your career. But you have to know about living life in Dubai. Yes, its too hot but now days businessman are running to Dubai for profitable outcome. I think it will be good for your future.
I would have said it could well be a good career move and the rewards can be very high but a couple of big downsides are of course the hot climate that certainly would not do me as i much like a cooler climate and they do have very script rules as its a dry state and they do usually enforce all the penalties if any of the rules are broken.
Was not aware that they dont pay any tax so cannot confirm or deny.
