Well Designed Sites

I'm looking for a little inspiration.

Please tell me what sites you think are well designed and would be helpful for others to study.

Also, explain why you think the site is well designed. Is it the layout, the navigation scheme, the graphics, the usability or what...

I don't know if my site is designed well, but I feel that it is an ok site The navigation menu is on the left hand side of the page and makes it easy for everyone to see. Umm, I guess it loads fairly fast (my experience and websitegarage.com said so a week or so ago) Graphics are simple which in turn makes them load fast.

Only problem I see is that people might not understand how to use the site even though I have an FAQ up explaining this.
