It is featured on Flippa.com but the book ends abruptly on page 31.
Have you tried going on scribd.com? They have most pdf file e-books, and majority you can read for free after you join. Theres also other websites like http://www.free-ebooks.net, www.pdfgeni.com
This thread i quite old and all suggetions direct to the same place. The thing is that the PDF might have been offered for free then... but it isn't anymore.
