How to Build Up Photo Community?

I just redone http://www.photos911.com with a new version of software.

The photo system is very powerful. But a powerful system doesn't make building up the community easier.

If you could offer some advice on this please do.

I haven't got very much experience with community building and all that, but for a photo-community I would very much welcome the chance to get reviews for pictures, and also give some reviews on other peoples pictures... (Is it called reviews or critiques, I'm from Norway... Hope you understand what I mean...)

Tips on cameras, camera-reviews, some kind of discussion thing wouldn't be bad either...

U r using one the best Photo Gallery software ... that should take much work easy . Try making as many varied categories as possible for drawing varied peoples interests . also try to look in the PhotoPost Forums for the different hacks and addons and tricks .

The software allows comments/feedback from other users. I'm also looking for a partner to help with the site but I cannot pay them because the site isnt making money yet.

But Im sure if it is worked on and become large people would like to buy more storage space then the site would make money.

Theirs not many hacks right now except ones to go with VB and other board softwares.

What would a helper do?

just doing anything that the site would need done. Right now nothing because no one is posting photos.

Ok, people are now starting to upload photos. I would like to develope a staff that is interested in photography and have experience.

Existing Staff:

We need about 3 others.

The requirments would be post photos, and comment on others, oh and dont forget make sure the post and photos are kept clean.

Payment of staff isn't an option just yet. We need people willing to work just for the fun of it.
