Just one very quick point - may do proper critique later....

PLEASE get rid of the two pop-ups - one on loading and one on leaving. They just turn me right off!

I am using Netscap 4.5 and there is no background color showing up. Your blue top, side and bottom bar show up, but no background color in the middle.

Other than that, I like the lay out a lot! I think it looks very neat and professional and is very easy to navigate.

i like the design, but hate pop ups at the beginning. that turns users away.

so every click on a link creates a pop up...and that s annoying. maybe you can put that to the end when the user leaves the page but not with every click,

I generally like the site. Logo is unique and memorable.
Navigation seems easy enough and I found no broken links, although I didn\'t click on a whole lot.

    Two comments:

    1. If you put quotes around the motto \"We turn clicks into customers\", it might help it stand out more as a slogan.

    2. As someone who is very visual, I kept wishing I could SEE examples of the product and all its features without actually having to download it. Do you have any clients using the software on a site that you could refer people to as an example? Or even not a real site, but just a dumby site set up as an example. Like I said, I am very visual and maybe others are satisfied with only text explanations, but I think it might help to have something people can see and play with before they download the trial. I personally don\'t like to download anything I haven\'t seen before or at least heard A LOT about.

exit pop-up sucks, and nobody scrolls down, so you need to remove info from your index.

Overall I think the site is quite well done and thought out. But, please do something about the entry/exit pop up windows. Personally, it drives me nuts when I come across a site with them.

    Good luck on your endeavor.

Thank you all for your comments. It seems to be a majority that you don\'t like the popups. The first popup is a onetime (should be anyway if anyone gets more tell me) popup on first visit. I would remove but it generates new clients. Will keep a close eye on it though.

As for the exit page. This is a banner exchange with a company called exit exchange. It gets me 50 or so visitors a day and we need the traffic.

I am not trying to defend myself just an explanation. As for the demo there is one but you must of missed it.

Thank you all for your comments.

    Sincerely,

    Rob

    On the front page.
The member login is flush to the right. could you leave a bit of space there, to make it look not so jammed.

should support, pricing and about us be split by a horizontal rule? organization?

the front page seems to go on a bit long. what i mean is give them a shorter, less expanded intro. then expand it later in the page.

i click on client and get a featured item that i cannot read the text of. the area could be doubled adding one line to the description at the left and use some of the white space above the graphic.

the bullets are different from page to page. You also change fonts. this makes it seem i am not looking at a single site but one 'married' after creation.

if the table border is shown, the verticals could be lined up.

i like the use of the blue and white. the site centers.

i did not get the open and close pop ups.

i have read recently that the line length is often long on many sites.

here was my criteria. 1. there is nothing dynamic on this site. a couple of forms, ok. 2. i have dsl and the load time gave a pause now and then.

i considered this my site during the review and was looking for items that i would consider.

i saw nothing wrong with your site. just some things i would check on.

    thanks much ed

Try dividing up all the sections onto different pages so your index page isn't so confusing. Other than that, it looks great.

The fonts are too plain. Not really appealing to the eye
