well in outlook go to tools, options then mail format and change the message format to html

    Wink

The MIME type has to be multipart text/html.

However, this is point at which I employ people who know a lot more about this than me to do it for me.

Use your PC and just copy and paste the HTML in the email and follow fonzerelli_79 settings advice.

In OS9.1 and Outlook is a pain to send HTML formatted email. The best way is to use Netscape for sending HTML email on a Mac but its been a while since I did this.

I'm guessing your using Outlook Express, if this is true someone wrote a pretty cool applescript for sending HTML docs. Try this:

    ftp://ftp.cjco.net/central/as-oe/sendcomplexhtml.hqx

I use it for sending HTML in OSX, I didn't realize that had one for Outlook Express and Entourage for classic.

That Applescript is absolutely awesome and just what I've been looking for.

It sends the file just as you said

    Thankyou

    Hi Igor88

Thanks for your concerns over html emails - but I really don't want to send html emails, it was a request from a client (who has his own ideas on marketing) - but I will pass the infromation onto him

    Cheers

Usualy people take it as junk ad and close it automatically.
You're better off with just simple text letter.

    Good luck.
hate to disagree Igor but I see campaigns that get 10 times more clickthroughs with the html version. When I say html I don't mean just one big graphic, perhaps that's what you are referring to, but more like the sitepoint newsletter which is plain text dressed up
