Help to Fix 404 Error

My site has some Error 404 problems with
mysite/Web-Useful-Resources/World/Ukrainian-site-partner-resources.asp

Who have had this error can help me overcome

Well, a 404 error means a file is missing. Are you sure the file exists?

E:\web\vietnam2\Web-Useful-Resources\World\Ukrainian-site-partner-resources.asp

Also make sure it is read-able by the IIS guest user account. Or IIS will not have access to it.

but my host does not exist, it is updated from webmaster tools and I do not want to have the appearance of this bug
