I think you are missing a trick by not shouting about your 24 hour delivery more - isn't that a really good selling point?, but you don't see it until you're at checkout.
I was confused about the Sales link from the landing page, though. I clicked on it expecting your 'shop' to appear, instead, just got one big image that links to one product - I don't really get it.
